New progress in diamond projects in multiple regions, accelerating industrialization layout
Diamond has numerous excellent physical and chemical properties and plays an irreplaceable role in many high-tech fields. The preparation methods of diamond mainly include high temperature and high pressure method (HPHT) and chemical vapor deposition method (CVD). Compared with HPHT and other CVD methods, microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition (MPCVD) has more obvious advantages in the preparation of large-sized and high-purity diamonds, and is the preferred method for high-quality and multi field application diamond preparation. Recently, there have been some new developments in the diamond project.
Xinjiang Xinghui Jingshuo Diamond Green Intelligent Manufacturing Construction Project Starts Construction
On September 9th, the groundbreaking ceremony for Xinjiang Xinghui Jingshuo Diamond Green Intelligent Manufacturing Construction Project was held. The total investment of the project is 2.959 billion yuan, with a planned land area of 63851m2 and a total construction area of 28614m2. It will be constructed in two phases and is expected to be completed in 36 months. After full operation, the output value can reach 1 billion yuan. The project aims to create a leading large-scale CVD diamond research and industrialization base in China, filling the gap in the domestic industry and breaking the bottleneck problem of large-sized diamonds. The Xinghui Jingshuo Diamond Green Intelligent Manufacturing Construction Project, as a key construction project in the park, has benchmark significance in industrial upgrading, playing an important role in accelerating the layout of cutting-edge new materials, promoting local industrial upgrading, increasing employment opportunities, and promoting regional economic development.

Gansu Heshui MPCVD Diamond Project is accelerating progress
Recently, in the industrial concentration zone of Heshui County, the Qingyang MPCVD Diamond High tech Industrial Park project is accelerating, and workers are rushing to meet the construction schedule and orderly advancing the construction of the factory foundation structure. At present, six buildings are undergoing foundation pile driving, with an investment of 55.12 million yuan, and the main structure is expected to be completed by the end of the year. It is reported that since the project started construction in March 2025, 15% of the total project volume has been successfully completed, and it is expected to be completed and put into operation in the first half of 2027. After the completion of the project, it will become an important diamond research and production base in the northwest region, effectively driving the agglomeration and development of upstream and downstream enterprises in the new materials industry chain, and forming a characteristic industrial cluster advantage.

Yingxin (Nanle) Semiconductor Diamond Project partially put into operation
Yingxin (Nanle) Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd., located in the Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone of Nanle County, has a total investment of 1.07 billion yuan in the first phase of the zero carbon semiconductor new material project. The main construction content is to renovate and expand six standardized factories. We mainly construct CVD diamond and zero carbon semiconductor new material production lines, with an annual output of 30000 high-quality heat sink sheets and high-quality diamond products. The project adopts cutting-edge modern manufacturing technology and MPCVD large single crystal diamond process equipment, and its main products belong to the future material cultivation direction in the "6+14" future industry matrix of Henan Province. After the completion and effectiveness of the entire project, it can achieve an output value of 3.1 billion yuan and drive employment for more than 1200 people. At present, Workshop 1 has been officially put into operation, and some equipment in Workshop 2 has begun to be stationed.
